Are you calm under pressure, confident on the phone, and great with people? We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Helpdesk/Switchboard Operator to join our fast‑paced communications team. Youll be the crucial first point of contact for internal and external callers and play a key role.
What You’ll Do
* Operate a computer‑based Switchboard system
* Handle all calls and requests
* Monitor and respond to alarms, including fire, trauma, and security alerts
* Maintain clear and accurate records
* Support with clerical / admin duties
* Work independently responding confidently to emergencies
What You’ll Need
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stay composed in high‑pressure situations
* Good computer literacy and organisation skills
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

* Previous office or switchboard experience
