Senior National Account Manager – Seasonal Products (Multiple grocers)

Location: Field-based Midlands or North England

Salary: Up to £70,000 base salary + £23,000 commission/bonus potential + plus £7,200 car allowance


The Opportunity


This is a high-profile Senior National Account Manager appointment for a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business supplying seasonal retail products to some of the UK’s biggest retailers. With a multimillion-pound spend from a leading discounter and a growing presence across major retail and online channels, this is an opportunity to take ownership of key accounts, shape ranges, and make a real commercial impact.


The Role


* Drive Growth: Deliver revenue, margin, and volume targets across major retail accounts.
* Lead the Conversation: Negotiate terms, promotions, and display solutions with confidence balancing buyer demands with commercial realities.
* Range & Category Development: Lead range reviews and work with internal teams to bring new, trend-led products to market.
* New Business Wins: Target and secure new listings across key retail channels.
* Align Internally: Act as the bridge between sales, operations, and design teams to ensure promises made to customers are delivered.


The Person


We are looking for a commercially sharp, results-driven SNAM who can both defend and grow key accounts. You will have:


* Proven experience managing major UK retail accounts ideally including discounters such as Home Bargains, B&M, Poundland, Aldi, B&Q or similar.
* Experience in seasonal retail product sales, with strong forecasting and promotional planning skills.
* A track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
* Strong commercial acumen, confident in leading range reviews and challenging buyers when required.
* Excellent collaboration skills, aligning internal teams and avoiding over-promising.
* Resilience, ambition, and the drive to progress as the business grows.
