Room Leader - Early Years (Level 3+) - Basingstoke

We're looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a nursery team in the Heart of Basingstoke to help deliver high‑quality early years education.
About the Role
* Lead and support staff across one or more nursery rooms
* Plan and deliver engaging, EYFS‑aligned activities
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Act as a Key Person and build strong relationships with families
* Track children's development and maintain accurate records
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are met
* Support staff development through coaching and role‑modelling

* Rated Good by Ofsted
