Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Emsworth area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking to make a real difference in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant or just starting out in education, we’d love to hear from you.
* Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (depending on experience and school needs)
* Providing one-to-one support or working with small groups of children
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (paid or voluntary)
* A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
