Senior Social Worker - Older People

Save Share Apply now We are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker - Older People team within the Social Care industry in Hertfordshire
Responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out assessment’s for Older Persons and their carers
2. Obtaining multi-disciplinary assessment of need
3. Care management
4. Designing intensive care packages
5. Carrying a caseload of service users
6. Make recommendations for short-term care, intermittent care and permanent residential care where appropriate
7. Self-directed support / personal budgets
Experience preferred:
8. Post qualifying experience of working in a Senior Social Worker - Older People position within the UK Social Care industry.

9. Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
Minimum Requirements:
10. SWE Registration
11. 5 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
12. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
13. Eligibility to work in the UK
