Project Location: Initial Pre-Construction Phase based at Gloucester Road, London, transitioning to full-time site-based role in Guildford Project Duration: Approx. 12-14 Months Project Value: Approx. £3.5m (Specialist Live Environment & Cleanroom Facility Works) Role Overview This commercial interior fit-out company are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of a highly specialist healthcare and technical facility project involving live operational works, cyclotron installation, modular building integration, cleanroom fit-out, and significant MEP coordination. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the project from pre-construction and Stage 2 coordination through to commissioning, validation, and final handover. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, programme management capability, and experience delivering complex projects within regulated or operational environments.
