We are looking for a TOP (taking over package) Manager, working for a leading EPC on a project in Pembroke.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless transition and handover of our construction projects. You will play a critical role in upholding our stringent quality standards, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and fostering clear communication channels between our construction team and clients. Your in-depth knowledge of construction site practices and project management will be instrumental in delivering projects that consistently meet or surpass client expectations.
Key responsibilities, accountabilities and decision ownership:
* Ensure construction phases meet quality and regulatory standards.
* Maintain accurate, organized documentation for client handover.
* Act as primary client contact during transition, addressing inquiries professionally.
* Coordinate stakeholders for smooth handover of assets and information.
* Identify and resolve defects promptly with project team.
* Ensure compliance with UK regulations, codes, and safety standards.
* Mitigate risks to avoid delays or complications.
* Collaborate with teams and subcontractors to align handover expectations.
* Monitor budgets during handover and optimize efficiency.
* Implement process improvements and best practices for future projects.
* Deliver seamless handover and address post-construction concerns promptly.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years in construction project management.
* Knowledge of construction practices, QA processes, and regulations.
* Strong organizational skills for managing documentation.
* Familiarity with construction software and tools.
* Up-to-date understanding of UK building codes and safety standards.
* Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
