Licensed Activity Administrator (Maternity Cover - 12 months fixed-term)
Location: Grantham (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Head of Membership Processes
We are seeking a Licensed Activity Administrator to provide administrative support to the Membership Process and Membership Development Teams, as well as the Director of Membership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle membership enquiries, including those received through the Non-member Enquiry System.
* Manage correspondence related to membership grades, professional registration, and associated fees.
* Update and maintain member information on the database.
* Support professional registration and CPD audit processes.
* Coordinate accreditation activities, including circulating application documents, liaising with assessment panels, and managing visit planning.
* Produce reports from the membership database, including monthly membership lists for circulation.
* Identify opportunities for membership and accreditation growth.
Person Specification
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent administration and IT skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).
* Good organisational and time management abilities.
* Effective communication and people skills.
* Team player with customer-facing experience.
* Experience with CRM systems and databases (desirable).
