Service Co-ordinator duties:- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers by managing requirements and enquiries. Reviewing the quality, schedules, and safety requirements and ensuring that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations. Managing all required reporting and documentation and ensuring all necessary data has been registered promptly in the system. The service co-ordinator will oversee service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics. Manage the service order process in a timely manner from quotation and procurement to invoicing and cash collection. To succeed, you should have; Excellent customer service, time management and multi-tasking skills and good experience with Microsoft office applications.
