Our client based in Oxford is currently recruiting for a Facilities Engineer to join their team. As a Facilities Engineer, you will support a wide range of maintenance activities, ensuring buildings, services, and equipment operate at peak performance. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day operations and exciting in-house projects.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair building and machinery issues to a high standard
* Complete Facilities Job Requests per SLA, prioritizing Health and Safety concerns
* Support and perform periodic preventive maintenance tasks
* Update records of all work activities and tasks completed
* Assist with projects within and outside the Facilities department
Qualifications & Requirements
* GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science or international equivalents (e.g., O-levels)
* Recognized electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, BTEC National, or equivalent in electrical engineering)
* Previous experience in a facilities or electrical engineering role
* Strong technical aptitude with excellent fault-finding skills
* Proficient in MS Office with good communication abilities
