Areti are excited to be working with an award-winning UK Microsoft Partner that’s growing its Dynamics 365 CE/CRM practice across the UK.
We’re seeking a talented Senior Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant, with Customer Engagement (CE) experience, to join a growing D365 practice and play a key role in delivering best-in-class Microsoft solutions.
This role will grow and transition into a Lead & Managerial position!
In this role, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform projects. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle, from presales through to delivery and handover, ensuring technical excellence and business value at every stage.
How your day will look:
* Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, and wider D365 solutions.
* Run workshops with clients to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
* Provide consultancy on migrations to D365, ensuring best practice throughout.
* Proactively advise clients on the latest Dynamics 365 and AI updates, incorporating new features into solution design.
* Deliver training and knowledge transfer to support user adoption and solution success.
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships while mentoring junior team members.
* Support presales activities, including estimating, proposals, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the wider Microsoft platform.
* Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to guide solution design and requirements capture.
* Experience leading end-to-end solutions within Dynamics 365 projects.
* Awareness of UX/UI design principles and their impact on solution adoption.
