As a Sales Consultant in our Guildford Store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night with the help of our sleepPRO technology! We’ll make sure you’re fully trained and supported to do all this and to understand how we get things done in the right way – setting you up for success so you can hit the ground running.
We want our stores to be places our teams can be proud of and to showcase our products. You and your colleagues will need to get involved, move products around, and keep the store clean and tidy to ensure a welcoming environment.
Our customers come in when they’re free to shop, which includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This role offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, so availability during these times is essential. We understand you have a life outside the shop floor, so we’ll ensure you get some days back, with overtime available if you want it.
What we’re looking for:
We seek Sales Consultants who pride themselves on excellent customer service, driven to meet targets by understanding and fulfilling customer needs for the best sleep experience. A positive ‘can do’ attitude, adaptability, and resourcefulness are key, along with a willingness to try new approaches to help the store succeed.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role and confident communication skills are preferred. The ability to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful is important.
