The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and confident Service Leader to guide and inspire a dedicated team of support workers.
You will be supporting adults with:
* Learning disabilities
* Autism
* Physical disabilities
* Complex needs and behaviours that may challenge
No two days are the same from daily routines and personal care to community activities, holidays, and life skills development, youll play a key role in helping people build independence and enjoy meaningful lives.
Youll also be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered.
What Youll Bring
Were looking for someone who leads with heart, purpose, and resilience.
You will have:
* Experience in a health and social care leadership role
* A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
* A flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
* Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
* Knowledge of autism and/or trauma-informed approaches (desirable)
* Confidence using basic IT systems
You will be someone who can balance hands-on support with strong leadership and decision-making.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above) desirable
* Proven relevant experience in a similar role is essential
