The post-holder will work directly with pupils who are at risk of disengagement, exclusion, or poor outcomes, providing targeted mentoring, pastoral support, and academic encouragement.
This role is pivotal in helping students develop resilience, re-engage with learning, and make positive progress socially, emotionally, and academically. The mentor will build trusted relationships and act as a consistent point of support, working closely with the Alternative Provision Manager, teaching staff, and external agencies.
