This is an exciting opportunity to shape the provision of English and Maths for both Rotherham College learners and Adult part-time learners across the Group as an Interim Deputy Manager for English and Maths. Leading a team of Skills Coaches, Lecturers, and Advanced Teachers, you will report to the Head of Department - English and Maths and be part of the College Management Team. You will work closely with other Deputy Managers within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operationally lead the Maths & English team at Rotherham College and support Study Programmes across RNN Group
2. Ensure the Maths & English curriculum is well planned, focused on high-quality teaching and learning, and supports learners to achieve their qualifications in English and Mathematics, making outstanding progress
We seek an experienced leader from the Further Education sector with a strong track record in leadership within English and/or Maths and excellence in teaching. You should have a good understanding of the Education Inspection Framework, strong interpersonal skills, a degree or equivalent in English or Maths, a minimum of Level 3 in the other specialism, and evidence of recent CPD.
