The role will begin on a short-term/supply basis with the potential to develop into a longer-term position for the right person. This is not a “stand at the back of the classroom” job. You will be part of the core support team, working with pupils who present with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges and additional learning needs, helping them access learning in a way that makes sense to them. The provision is calm, structured and supportive, with a staff team who believe that behaviour is communication and relationships change outcomes.
