This role will be responsible for a business unit that spans two sites across mainly around the Crick/Rugby area.</p><p>We are actively recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner to join their extensive team on an interim basis and support on a project for around 3 months.</p><h3>What you will be responsible for?</h3><ul><li>Establish strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders (GMs and Ops Directors) across the sites.</li><li>Manage and support on a TUPE and business change project.</li><li>Roll out a needs analysis with senior stakeholders to understand the effect of business change on the business area.</li><li>Influence key stakeholders and coach them on best practise to ensure a consistent approach.</li></ul><h3>What do we need from you?</h3><p>The successful candidate for the HR Business Partner opportunity will have the following skills and experiences:</p><ul><li>Previous experience operating at business partner level - ideally within a blue-collar environment</li><li>Understanding or experience with TUPE and HR business change projects</li></ul></div>
