Job Title: Telesales Appointment Setter

Location: Office-based Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options available. Our office is conveniently located in Bradford, just off the M606.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
* Booking appointments for engineers and ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
* Providing a high level of customer service, addressing enquiries with professionalism.
* Managing and updating the CRM system with customer interactions and appointment details (full training provided).
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of appointments.
* Supporting the sales and customer service teams as required.

We’re seeking friendly and professional individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. If you have a positive attitude, great organisational skills, and a proactive mindset, we want to hear from you!

Salary & Benefits

* Base Salary: £26,000
* Bonus Potential: Performance-based incentives available - realistic OTE of £35,000
