The Role The Deloitte Central Business Services Transformation team is looking for Change and Change Communications expert with experience of delivering a range of campaigns/programme and change communications. You’ll be leading a variety of internal campaigns and change programmes in Central Business Services and Enabling Functions including Ways of Working and customer improvement projects. Your role will be to lead the transformation change and drive the change communications with business partners and stakeholders across the firm. This role reports to the Central Business Services Associate Director. Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to: Own/lead the end-to-end change management including Stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and training curriculums.Provide change communications for the relevant programmes and workstreams by advising stakeholders on how to implement the change.Work closely with project leads and other Transformation colleagues on wider team activity to drive the communications across agreed audiencesWork with business stakeholders to assess comms requirements and provide communication support across multiple projects.Essential experience/ Background/ Core Skills Must have strong experience as an Internal Communications Lead with broad business experience in delivering transformation projects, customer improvement programmes and IT communications projects including Ways of Workings, AI, Quality Risk Security (QRS), organisational design, payroll and balanced scorecards.Change Communications experience is essential – able to advise and guide senior stakeholders on how to implement the change and best deliver service to customers.Internal communications experience is essential - Own, develop, deliver and measure the communication plan and change management plan within the transformation journey. Knowledge of multiple internal communication platforms and channels.Excellent copywriting skills - Create compelling, high-impact content, briefing packs and campaigns that’s consistent with Deloitte’s Content Principles and tone of voice. Stakeholder Management – providing communication support for senior stakeholders across the function is key. Define engagement plan. Listen, understand and playback to stakeholders. Able to influence senior stakeholders with compelling propositions and work with communications teams across geographies.Reporting and Analysis – report on the effectiveness of campaign communications, using tools and methodologies to measure performance. Use insights to make recommendations for improvements to stakeholders. Manage overarching change heat map to understand where change is landing.
