* Provide professional engineering and maintenance support utilising expertise, knowledge, and experience.
* Efficiently schedule, plan, and allocate resources for all maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with the Planning team to ensure efficient operation of departmental duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and advancement of the Maintenance Planning Department.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations such as equipment inspections.
* Align planned maintenance schedules with business requirements.
* Assist in planning shutdowns and projects.
* Collaborate with Area Engineers and Team Leaders/Managers to enhance maintenance procedures and reliability.
* Provide support to Area Engineers as needed.
* Review and adjust work orders to accurately reflect tasks.
* Develop and review procedural documents for work tasks.
* Ensure accuracy of documentation content.
* Coordinate personnel training within the department.
* Manage spares and refurbishment programs in coordination with Area Engineers and Team Leaders.
* Generate, maintain, and deliver KPIs as needed.
* Enhance the functionality of maintenance systems in collaboration with the Planning team.
