Overview
A permanent position for a Boston based company. Working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (finishing at 2.30pm on a Friday).
Responsibilities
* Take calls from customers, electricians, and companies who are experiencing issues. Manage a high volume of customer contact via the phone.
* Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working to tight deadlines.
Qualifications
* Ideal for someone from an electrical background who is familiar with technical terminology, components, processes, etc., who is seeking a sidestep into an office or customer service environment.
* Alternatively, suitable for anyone with an admin-based customer service background who is prepared to undergo product training.
