The Operations Manager is people-focused and has accountability in leading and operating a successful DL Club, giving our members an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
The Operations Manager will regularly act as Duty Manager, and alongside your team, ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximizing member experience.

About You
As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
* Experience with financial planning and management.
* Passionate about customer service.
