Hours: 5 days out of 7 | 40 hours per week | Mainly 9am-5pm with occasional evenings for events
We're recruiting a talented Chef to join the kitchen team at a well-established leisure site near Eastleigh. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and high standards, this site offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills in a fresh food environment.

What you'll be doing:
Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes
Running your own section and supporting the wider kitchen team
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work area
Contributing to a positive kitchen culture and high standards
What we're looking for:
NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent experience)
Solid background in fresh food kitchens
A team player with great communication skills
Passion for cooking and a desire to grow your skills
Experience up to Sous Chef level in a busy, quality-driven environment

Eastleigh/Winchester Area - easily accessible and set in beautiful surroundings.
