We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy and well-regarded fresh food Establishment that places quality ingredients and great customer experiences at the centre of everything it does. Working as part of a dedicated kitchen team, you will help deliver high quality dishes using fresh produce while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients, takes pride in presentation, and wants to be part of a growing food focused business all whilst having evenings off.
Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
Passionate about cooking with fresh ingredients and producing high quality dishes
Confident working within a fast-paced professional kitchen environment
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety and best practice standards
Excellent team player with clear communication and a positive attitude
Organised and able to maintain high standards during busy service periods
Keen to learn, develop skills and contribute ideas to the kitchen team
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and food preparation
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness across the kitchen
Assist with stock control, ordering and proper storage of ingredients
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and efficient operations
Help maintain high presentation standards for all dishes leaving the kitchen
