Project Manager
Melksham (Hybrid, with UK-wide travel)
£45,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance
Our client is a trusted specialist in installations, with over 25 years’ experience delivering projects across the Construction, Datacentre, Telecoms, and corporate/commercial office fit-out sectors. This is your opportunity to take ownership of exciting, complex M&E focused projects — either managing a large multi-site programme or several key client sites — and help shape the technical environments of tomorrow.
Role
You’ll be both the planner and the problem-solver — managing teams/sub-contractors, coordinating resources, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering excellence on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
As a self-starter who enjoys working in a pro-active manner you will be able to communicate at all levels with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead projects from order stage through to successful handover
* Plan, manage, and deliver programmes on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
* Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Oversee site operations, resources, and safety compliance
* Chair meetings, report progress, and ensure smooth project delivery
* Always put safety, quality, and client satisfaction at the forefront
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record in project management within construction, M&E, datacentre, telecoms, or fit-out sectors
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
* A proactive problem-solver with a commercial mindset
* Health & safety qualifications (SMSTS, IOSH, or similar) are highly desirable

Due to the nature of work for some of the clients, there will be a requirement to undertake security clearances.
Our client works nationally, and the role may involve periods of staying away Monday to Friday, hotel accommodation & subsistence will be provided.
