The Opportunity
This is a leadership-level position offering the chance to:
* Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, rural and mixed-use projects

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* MRTPI chartered status
* Significant post-qualification experience within consultancy or a similar environment
* A strong track record of managing complex planning applications and appeals
* Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing situations
* Experience mentoring or managing junior planners
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* This role would suit an ambitious Senior Planner ready to step up, or an existing Principal Planner seeking a new challenge with greater autonomy and progression potential.
