Job Description
We are looking for a Senior PA/QA Engineer to support the design, manufacture, and verification of spaceflight hardware. You will ensure high-quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts, participate in technical reviews, assess risks, and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components.
* Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non-conformances and anomalies.
* Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control.
* Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test).
* Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non-conformances.
* Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
Required Skills
* Mandatory space industry experience.
* 5+ years of experience in PA/QA for regulated manufacturing, preferably spaceflight.
* Knowledge of materials, mechanical parts, and space hardware processes.
* Experience in testing, verification, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills
* Strong documentation and quality management skills.
* Supplier management experience.
* Knowledge of spacecraft integration and assembly is advantageous.
