Prospero Teaching are seeking a confident and outgoing HLTA to join our client school based in Emsworth.
An exciting opportunity awaits for an enthusiastic and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or someone eager to train for this qualification.
Role Highlights:

3. Teaching Assistant Duties: Support all pupils, including those with Education Health and Care Plans, ensuring their safety and helping them flourish within the curriculum.
4. Interventions: Carry out small group tasks and identified interventions to aid academic and social-emotional development.
About you:
5. HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
6. Previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar role.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:
HLTA status (Desired but not essential)
Experience working as a HLTA- DESIRABLE
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
11. Hold right to work in the UK
12. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
13. Provide references upon request
14. Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
