Following recipes and all policies and procedures Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues. Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date. Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.
