Welder / Fabricator – Bristol
Salary: £29,250 to £35,100 per annum. Permanent. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld metal components and structures according to specifications and drawings.
* Read and interpret Engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and welding.
* Operate various fabrication and welding equipment, including welding machines, cutting torches, vertical drills, bending machines, and grinders.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure fabricated components meet specifications and standards.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project completion.
* MIG and TIG welding.
* Materials used include aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
* Good engineering drawing reading skills.
* Cutting, oxy‑acetylene, and plasma.
* Fabrication skills: material cutting, bending, marking out, etc.
Qualifications
* City & Guilds or NVQ in welding and fabrication to level 2 or equivalent.
* Proven track record of producing high‑quality fabricated and welded components.
* Strong knowledge of fabrication and welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
* Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
* Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Physical stamina to work in a workshop environment.
