The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and assistance to clients on their conveyancing journey. Main duties include:
* Taking property transactions from instruction to completion
* Managing own caseload
* Business Development
* Maintaining CQS standards
The Requirements
At least 2 years post qualified experience as a solicitor. Experience with lease extensions and complex property transactions.
