Booker is recruiting for a Supply Chain Senior Analyst, responsible for analytics in Supply Chain transformation projects. This role involves detailed analytics, project management, and stakeholder engagement to support project delivery.
The position also supports the supply chain systems roadmap, trial tracking, and data strategy. It is based within a team of change managers, analysts, and data scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify relevant areas for analysis based on supply chain problem statements and make recommendations to refine projects.
2. Report data accurately, transforming it into useful information with context and supporting narrative.
3. Own projects proactively, driving them forward.
4. Measure costs and benefits associated with transformation and project work.
5. Present project work to stakeholders across supply chain and technology.
6. Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
7. Serve as a trusted expert on data and projects within Supply Chain, mentoring analysts and supporting training.
8. Develop a deep understanding of the wholesale industry, supply chain, and branch operations.
9. Use data and business understanding to derive insights, identify root causes, define problems, and support solutions.
10. Communicate opportunities, insights, or projects clearly, engaging with empathy and conviction.
11. Support the development of insight reports to provide visibility on business performance and improvement areas.
12. Develop new systems and working methods to modernize the supply chain.
13. Adhere to the Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence.
