Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Crispin Court Care Home in Stafford, you will deliver high standards of personal care, contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This includes assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognising and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and visitors while respecting dignity and individuality.

Job responsibilities
* Package Description: Shift Details: 7 am - 7 pm
* Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, supporting optimum independence, dignity, and respect.
* Recognise and escalate clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure ulcers, risk of falls, signs of infection) in a timely manner.
* Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practise safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

* Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.

* Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

* No prior experience required; a thorough induction and training program is provided. The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect, be an efficient worker who can carry out instructions, and be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
