Java Developer
Job Title (AS PER COMPANY Tier System)\: Tier 2
Main duties/responsibilities will include\:
1. Write enterprise-class reusable, testable, and efficient AngularJS JavaScript following a data driven configuration
2. Write efficient and scalable Java Spring Boot code, following Microservices architecture supporting REST services
3. Write performance optimized PLSQL procedures/queries that can handle reading and sorting large data volumes
4. Write scalable well designed code with associated automated tests for inclusion in the build and test automation process
5. Collaborate with team with respect to coding standards, architecture, and continuous integration
6. Write documentation specific to developed APIs and component implementations
7. Understand Business needs and processes; identify solutions, present and guide project team/sponsors in identifying best solution
8. Participate in Requirements Analysis; design Applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy applications
9. Provide production support that includes evaluate efforts, investigate cause and come up with solutions to address defects
Key Skills and Experience required for this role:
10. Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in Information Technology
11. Good knowledge/prior professional experience working with Angular Java Script and Typescript
12. Proficient with HTML/HTML5, and CSS
13. Working knowledge of data serialization formats JSON and XML
14. Experience with Spring/Spring Boot Java and REST Web Service API
15. Experience writing efficient SQL/PLSQL queries
16. Experience with build tools Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Gulp, and Code Management tools such as GIT/Bit Bucket
17. Understanding of software development lifecycle, differing methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative)
18. Worked as part of a team in large, complex, mission critical environments
19. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
