Principal Structural Engineer Salary: up to £85,000 per year DOE + 15% bonus + benefits

With a growing client base and increasing project demand, our client are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to join their Leeds office and play a key role in shaping the future leadership of the business.
Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, graduates, and technicians
Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality results
Strong technical design expertise (including TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, MasterSeries, etc.)
Proven ability to lead projects, manage resources and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Full UK driving licence
