This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting our ongoing expansion by attracting and onboarding talented individuals who share our values of care, integrity, and excellence.

The Role
As an In House Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding high-quality candidates to join our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and secure new talent across a range of roles within the business
* Manage the full candidate journey from interview to onboarding and compliance completion
* Deliver effective recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
* Act as the face of Abbots Care, promoting our values and employer brand
