You will be based at the main site offices in Truro, residents are in situ along with the programme of new build construction still underway. You will report direct to the site project team We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, must have customer liaison experience either on new build housing or through housing association or local council residential liaison roles As the RLO you will act as the main point of contact between the site team and the residents to ensure clear and effective communication, manage expectations, address concerns, and help minimise disruption during the project.
