Job summary
Newhall Surgery is looking for a motivated, empathetic, organised individual with good IT skills to join our busy Clinical Administration Team. The post holder willhave a positive attitude, good listening and communication skills and be a teamplayer. Previous experience of working within a medical environment would be advantageous. This is a varied role with much of the work undertaken being of ahighly confidential and sensitive nature.
Part time hours are offered (20 to 25 per week) with the working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a member of the ClinicalAdministration team with varied roles and responsibilities such as, but notlimited to, managing referrals, processing clinical correspondence, undertakingmedical reports/requests and subject access requests, patient record managementincluding registrations and deductions, online services, generic practiceemails, pathology allocation, QoF/IIF/Enhanced Services recall management etc. Alsoto provide support to the wider clinical and non-clinical team as needed.

Our clinical staff consists of three GP Partners, five GPs, twoRegistrars, Nursing Team, Pharmacy Team, Care Coordinator and a Health & Wellbeing Coach.
We also have committed and professional management, administrative, secretarialand care navigation teams.
