Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Field-Based Merchandiser to join their team and become a key brand ambassador. The Opportunity This is not a warehouse or office role. Youll be out representing the brand, ensuring displays and promotional materials are delivered, installed and maintained to the highest standards across a wide customer base. No two weeks look the same, youll support campaigns, launches, trade shows, and build strong relationships with customers along the way. What Youll Be Doing Delivering and installing point-of-sale stands and displays Supporting new product launches and promotional rollouts Ensuring brand presence is consistent and high-quality in-store Gathering customer feedback and monitoring competitor activity Providing regular updates and reports to management Supporting trade shows, exhibitions and customer events across the UK & Ireland Youll play a vital role in how the brand is seen and experienced in the marketplace. What Were Looking For Highly organised with strong time management skills Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Commercially aware and detail-focused Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Flexible with occasional additional hours when required Essential: Full, clean UK driving licence Willingness to travel (up to 3 days per week) Ability to work from the Upperlands base up to 2 days per week Experience in a customer-facing role Familiar with social media platforms UK work eligibility (no sponsorship available) Desirable: Previous merchandising experience Knowledge of tools (training provided) Whats In It For You?
