THE ROLE
We’re looking to appoint a Warehouse Operative to support our busy Warehouse Department. Responsible for the deployment, replenishment and upkeep of all our parts and products, the Warehouse Operative will ensure the smooth running of operations – guaranteeing that parts and products are picked and processed correctly for either internal or external use.
The role responsibilities include:
* Picking bespoke parts and products for inhouse departments as well as customer orders.
* Maintaining and replenishing stock levels with regular stocktakes.
* Working closely with Technicians and Department Heads to ensure the timely delivery of parts and products.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards by ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be well organised with a keen eye for detail; and be capable of prioritising busy workloads in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have good communication and teamworking skills, and work effectively whilst following direction as well as under your own initiative.
You should have strong computer skills with knowledge and understanding of computerised stock control systems.
A basic knowledge of vehicles and their technical parts is preferable but not essential, and experience in a similar stock-related environment would be an advantage.
