About the Role
- To improve the speed and accuracy of our processes relating to orders from 15+ suppliers including Huawei, NetApp, Fortinet, Vertiv & more.
- To raise invoices, request collections and monitor all ongoing orders relating to these suppliers.
- To problem solve and fix errors when problems arise relating to these suppliers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics and order processing
- Proficient in digital tools
- Strong administration and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the placement of new orders based on your allocated suppliers and to ensure the starting points are correctly set in motion.
- Request documents and details in advance of order completion to ensure we are ready to export on arrival of the order.
- Escalate and resolve situations where orders are delayed or have problems.
- Creation of invoices, inspection forms and other import/export documents.
- Arranging collections and inspections.
- Checking documentation meets our requirements plus our customers.
- Providing freight quotes to the sales team on request.
- Assists in solving the problems from the supply chain.
- Solves critical problems with customers and suppliers.
- Checking backlog on a weekly basis and to ensure all orders are invoiced/exported on time.
- Checks inventory and provisions regularly and particularly end of month.
