M&E Services Manager - Client Direct - Central London - Up to 61k - Amazing building

One of our key clients is currently looking to recruit an M&E Services Manager to work at their prestigious building based in Central London.
The role involves working as part of their busy in-house engineering and estates team, managing all electrical and mechanical services across the building.
Main duties include:
1. Control of all technical services, including management of all associated engineering contracts.
2. Supervision of all building services, infrastructure, maintenance, and repairs.
3. Project management of building refurbishment projects.
4. Ensuring all plant, backup, and monitoring systems are maintained in good condition, including regular testing in accordance with legislation.
5. Troubleshooting engineering support.
6. Supporting and adjusting infrastructure as needed, liaising with user groups, preparing documentation for changes, appointing contractors, and supervising sites.
7. Managing relevant budgets and outsourced contracts.
8. Ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation by contractors.
9. Preparing tender documents and benchmarking exercises for contracts.
10. Monitoring costs to ensure value for money.
11. Chairing regular update meetings with contract managers.
12. Managing M&E related incidents and outages.
Candidate requirements:
1. Fully qualified electrically or mechanically (C&G, degree, or HND level).
2. Excellent knowledge of building systems.
3. Experience within commercial buildings.
4. Strong understanding of critical systems.
5. Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
6. Proficient in Excel (advanced), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
