You’ll play a key role in supporting the daily needs of children and young people living in a residential setting. This includes: Helping children get ready for bed, including washing and personal care Supporting bedtime routines and checking on children throughout the night Responding calmly and efficiently to any medical or care needs Keeping the environment safe and comfortable Completing basic housekeeping duties during your shift Recording key information and maintaining accurate records Who Are We?
