About the Role:
Operating from Tunbridge Wells and travelling south of the UK, you will work as part of a team, alongside other Engineers, fulfilling works for major oil companies & independent customers in the Forecourt Services division. Your responsibilities include ensuring systems are functioning correctly, identifying root causes, and providing customers with long-term solutions.
The role involves manual work, such as cleaning site drainage and tank systems to ensure compliance with EA Guidelines/regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform site tankering works, including jetting, drain cleaning, interceptor cleaning, servicing, and reactive works at petrol filling stations and distribution centres.
* Respond to call outs for critical issues.
* Report near misses and potential incidents; in-house training will be provided.
* Liaise with on-site customers regarding ongoing works and additional services.
* Maintain vehicles and ensure all equipment, tools, PPE, and work items are in good condition and available.
* Complete and submit all work paperwork promptly.
* Coordinate with supervision and suggest improvements or opportunities.
* Perform any other qualified duties as required.
