As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical telephone support to our customers to maintain their systems. You will support the technical team where needed and resolve faults in a professional and timely manner.
Please note, this role is an office-based position in Bournemouth.

Additional responsibilities of the IT Helpdesk Technician include:
* Providing technical telephone support using remote tools to resolve faults or enquiries related to telecommunications systems.
* Maintaining high customer service standards by updating customers on the progress of their faults or enquiries.
* Installing, updating, and maintaining relevant software and systems.
* Using remote troubleshooting tools to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Reporting third-party faults and forwarding them to the relevant department.
* Supporting the technical team in other areas as needed.
* Logging all customer interactions accurately in our database.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in customer service, 1st and 2nd line support.
* Experience with Android applications.
* Strong knowledge of VOIP and networking, including routers, switches, and IP addresses.
* Good communication skills both on the phone and in person.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for all duties.
