Responsibilities:
1. Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition.
2. Completing checks to ensure the van is organized, clean, roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before driving in various locations and conditions.
3. Serving customers effectively, supporting with questions and substitutions, and informing them of any delays.
4. Building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
5. Assisting in-store when not delivering, as needed.
6. Being friendly and welcoming, with enthusiasm for helping customers and delivering excellent doorstep service.
7. Driving proficiently in different environments, from busy streets to narrow lanes, and delivering to diverse residential properties.
8. Working in a fast-paced, physical, high-energy environment, using initiative to solve problems independently and as part of a team.
9. Working flexibly across store duties, with full training provided to develop new skills.
10. Learning to use digital tools and technology, and handling shopping containers up to 15kg.

Eligibility:
* Over 18, with a full UK/EU driving license held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points.
* Complete an online driving risk assessment and a driving assessment upon joining.
* Right to Work in the UK.
