The Role:
We're recruiting for a Data Project Manager to join a global Data & Regulatory Operations function for a leading investment bank in Belfast.
You'll play a key role in delivering a major enterprise reference data initiative, supporting governance and reporting across various teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact data transformation and regulatory change programmes, with exposure to AI-driven initiatives and Target Operating Model design.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Drive project governance, tracking, and reporting across a key data programme
* Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and project plans
* Produce high-quality governance decks and stakeholder reports
* Coordinate across Operations, Technology, and senior stakeholders
* Maintain accurate project documentation (minutes, action logs, plans)
* Support steering committees and working groups
* Assist with timelines, resource planning, and budget tracking
* Contribute to broader data and regulatory change initiatives
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within financial services
* Strong background in project governance, reporting, and risk/issue management
* Experience working on data-related programmes (ideally reference data)
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology
* Excellent documentation skills (minutes, decks, reporting)
* Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
