Responsibilities
Supporting classroom learning and therapy-based activities
Helping students develop communication and life skills
Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour management
Working collaboratively with teaching and support teams
Training & Career Pathways
Funded apprenticeship qualification
Ongoing practical and theoretical training
Behaviour support training included
Progression to Senior TA and HLTA roles
Candidate Profile
Patient, resilient, and adaptable
Strong interpersonal skills
Confident supporting complex behaviours
Willingness to support personal care needs
Salary & Benefits
£20,225 – £21,037 (pro rata, term-time only)
Progression to £21,851+ following qualification
£1,000 retention bonus
