Sales Account Manager

* Full-time, Permanent
* Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 OTE
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Manager within the End User / Trade Distribution Division.
This role is crucial for developing and maintaining business relationships to meet sales targets and expand our customer base in line with our corporate strategy.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Develop and maintain business relationships for all allocated accounts in the assigned territory.
* Seek new activity avenues and identify market trends to expand the customer base.
* Establish and implement clear strategies to meet and exceed target expectations.
* Ensure high levels of customer service for both current and prospective customers.
* Meet or exceed monthly team and account-specific sales targets.
* Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all prospect applications.
* Prepare and present company presentations for client meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports using Exchequer and Salesforce.
* Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
* Assist in the implementation of marketing plans as needed.
* Manage day-to-day supply chain issues to meet customer service level agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an account handling/sales management role.
* Proven ability to drive sales and achieve sales targets.
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
* Experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
* Full clean UK Driving License.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
