Whether you already have import experience or are an ambitious trainee looking to build a long-term career in freight forwarding, full training and certification can be provided for the right candidate. The Role You will manage your own operational desk, ensuring import shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Key Responsibilities Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries Preparing accurate and competitive quotations Processing operational import shipments (Air, Road & Ocean) Liaising with carriers, contractors and internal teams Costing jobs and raising invoices Maintaining accurate operational records Supporting warehouse duties when required About You Experience in Imports (Air, Road & Ocean) and Customs operations preferred Strong organisational and communication skills Able to manage workload independently and within a team IT literate and confident with systems Reliable, proactive and eager to learn Trainee applications are welcome training will be provided.
